This very visible position will represent Dorner in a professional, friendly and helpful manner though interface with visitors and callers. This is the first Dorner employee that the visitor meets and that first impression can go a long way!
Main responsibilities of this position will be to greet and screen all walk-in visitors professionally and promptly, as well as offer hospitality to all visitors as needed. Will answer and distribute incoming phone calls on a multi-line switchboard. Other clerical and project work as assigned. This will include running daily reports, data entry on marketing surveys and related corrective action creation. Sorting mail in the a.m and metering mail in the p.m. Will create welcome signs, pull/alphabetize/stamp shipped orders and file closed orders.
You will need a minimum of a high school diploma and or equivalent GED. Experience working and greeting people in a front desk environment, operating a multi-line switchboard. Will need to be able to multi-task and have a positive attitude. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
