If you want to become involved in helping Dorner grow our aftermarket business segment check this out! You would be responsible for contributing to this goal by sourcing opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound calls and emails. You would support our customers, distributors and field sales by promptly and professionally handling inquiries.
Responsibilities would also include supporting aftermarket growth through quoting spares, competitor belting and additional parts or service requests and following up on customer quotes as needed. You would need to understand the customers install base requirements and aftermarket parts needs.
Maintain CRM database and assist with other software tools as requested.
Position also would be responsible for assisting with development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service CRM and coordinating the field service schedule.
To be successful you need to be flexible, work well in a team, be able to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse group of customers, distributors and internal customers. Team work and great communication skills are required!
A high school diploma (or GED) and a 2-4 year college degree would be preferred but not required if you have applicable experience in manufacturing in the business to business segment with a record of over achieving quotas. You need a strong phone presence and must be comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls. Multi-tasking and time management skills are critical. Mechanical aptitude is key!
Proficiency with CRM, ERP and MS Office required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Epicor ERP and MS Excel a plus.
